We make every effort to ensure the safety of our products, but we are conscious that a few ingredients that we use may be unsuitable for some people.

• All of our products are suitable for Vegetarians;
• All of our products are suitable for Vegans with the exception the Brandy Butter, Lemon Curd, Horseradish Sauce and English Country Mustard (contains honey);
• All of our products are Gluten Free with the exception of the Traditional Piccalilli;
• All of our products are Dairy Free, with the exception of the Brandy Butter, Lemon Curd and Horseradish Sauce;
• All of our products are Nut Free, with the exception of the Almond & Orange Mincemeat with Brandy, Apricot & Almond Jam and Malay Vegetable Pickle;
• All of our products are GM Free, to the best of our knowledge;
• Our apricots and peaches are preserved at source using sulphur dioxide. Most of the sulphites are removed during the preparation and cooking processes but small quantities may remain in the finished product where indicated above.
