Each of our jams has unrivalled fruit content and the simplest of ingredients. They are cooked in small batches in open pans. Pantry classics such as Strawberry and Raspberry are made from varieties of fruit chosen for their full flavour and enhanced with just enough unrefined sugar. All are naturally set by the properties of the fruit alone and a touch of fresh lemon juice.
