Made in a traditional and time-honoured fashion our jellies range in consistency from softly set herb jellies to the firm Redcurrant and Quince. They share one quality, a reliance on the natural properties of the fruit alone to achieve a gelled set. As with all our products we source locally where possible, picking crabapples and rowanberries in particular from the wild each autumn.
