Instructions for Use

Please fill out the form and take care to complete the following:

• Remember to specify the quantities required and to calculate the total cost including postage.
• Enclose a cheque or postal order, made payable to Rosebud Preserves Ltd;
• Check you have provided your Full Name, Address (including postcode) and a contact Telephone Number;
• Please remember you need to sign for the goods, so provide us with suitable dates and if possible a neighbour's address where the goods can be signed for if you are not in;
• For mail order please allow five working days for delivery from receipt of order (UK mainland only);
• If you are outside the UK or have any specific delivery requirements please telephone us.

• For mail orders for Christmas please place your order no later than 7th December;
• Some products are subject to seasonal availability, please check list;

Please notify us as soon as possible if you do not receive your delivery or you have any problems at all.
