The Rosebud Preserves website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using this site or placing an order through it you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Methods
We accept payments through our website either through Google Checkout or via Paypal, which does not require an account.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please complete our Rosebud Mail Order Form, and enclose a cheque with your order. For more information please see here.

When ordering the price you pay is the final total shown in the checkout section of the order.
Seasonal Products
Some of our products are subject to seasonal availability and are clearly marked on our product pages. If for some reason the website allows you to order a seasonal product that is not available we will refund the purchase.
Christmas Ordering
If you are ordering for preserves for Christmas please place your order no later than 7th December to guarantee delivery.
Delivery in Mainland UK
The delivery pricing for this website is for delivery to the mainland UK only, for Scottish Highlands/Northern Ireland, and for the Channel Islands; if you are not sure which of these applies to you, please contact us either by email using this form or by telephone on +44 (0) 1765 689 174. Although we try to deliver sooner, please allow five days for delivery once you have placed your order.

Our products comply with food standards applicable in the European Union and the United States. Customers within the United States will receive product labelled according to the USFDA requirements, where such labels are readily available. All other overseas customers will receive product labelled according to the European Union labelling regulations. Please note that there is some variation between the labels for these areas.
Returns
Although every effort is made to ensure that our preserves reach you in perfect condition, we will provide a full refund, or arrange a replacement, where you received preserves that are damaged, faulty or not as ordered.
If this applies to you, please advise Rosebud Preserves either by email using this form or by telephone on +44 (0) 1765 689 174 stating the nature of the complaint ideally within 48 hours of receipt of the preserves and not more than 7 working days from receipt.
Once we have received your complaint we will either email or telephone you to discuss the problem. Please do not return any preserves until we have discussed the matter with you.
If we ask you to send the preserves back to us for inspection then please include as much of the original packaging as possible and send the preserves by registered mail. We will refund the cost of the postage subject to receiving a receipt from you for the cost.
If you choose to cancel your order for any other reason, you must advise us in writing within 7 working days of delivery and return the preserves to us at your own expense. We will refund the value of the goods, subject to them being received by us in merchantable quality
