Trade Customers
January 2009 marked our 20th Anniversary. You can buy Rosebud products confident in the knowledge that over the years our passion for quality, improvement and innovation has not diminished.
We ensure the consistent high quality and safety of our preserves by monitoring and recording key processes and characteristics for every batch we make using the principles of HACCP and quality assurance. We operate a positive release system for all of our products, and our continuing tradition of labeling by hand means you can be sure that every jar has been checked for appearance and seal quality before leaving our premises.
We have never sold to supermarkets but continue our unstinting support of the independent food sector which includes delicatessens, grocers, farm and tea shops, visitor centres, stately homes, hotels and caterers.
Terms and Conditions for Trade
All orders are subject to availability of the products chosen and will be charged at the prices prevailing on the day we receive your order.
Orders
- 72 x 227g jars (or equivalent) delivered free of charge (UK mainland only).
- Carriage Charge of £10.50 on orders less than 72 jars (Three cases).
- For orders/deliveries outside the UK, please contact our office on +44 (0) 1765 689 174.
- No extra charge for mixed cases.
- Some products are subject to seasonal availability - please check they are in stock before ordering.
- Allow 10 working days for delivery (UK mainland only).
- To ensure delivery in time for Christmas, please place your order no later than the 7th of December.
- Due to seasonal fluctuations in the cost of raw ingredients, some prices may be subject to change without notice.
Payment
- We require payment in full to ensure delivery of your first order.
- Subsequent orders to terms i.e. one calendar month.
- All goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Returns
- All customers are requested to sign for goods received.
- Please notify us of any returns within one week of receipt of goods.
- Products ordered and received in good condition cannot be returned unless of merchantable quality.
- Any returns are at the sole discretion of Rosebud Preserves.
Samples
- We are happy to send you up to three samples free of charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
